Our bricks are Australian-made using only premium fire clay (high in silica and alumina) and following the highest standards to withstand extreme temperatures, ensuring they will last for a very long time. Fire bricks are made with specially selected clays that are able to withstand higher temperatures from fire than regular clays which would be used to make clay bricks. This means our fire bricks are durable and perfect for that fire brick DIY project you may have in mind.
Wood-fired brick Ovens are capable of creating much higher temperatures than a normal oven. Wood adds a distinct flavour and cooking characteristics to your pizza that cannot be replicated with artificial sources.
There is also the way in which a brick oven keeps heat in the base and walls which cooks your pizza very evenly and very fast.
The lovely charred characteristics and smokey flavour cannot be replicated in normal ovens!
